The Chamber’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Chamber networking event will be held 7:30am-9:00am Thursday 7 November at Whitsunday Green Club.
The AGM is open to all, and eligible members (Business Basics and Advanced) have voting rights.

1. Accept minutes of 2023 Annual General Meeting
2. Submit President’s Report
3. Receive Treasurer’s Report
4. Receive and adopt the Auditor’s Report
5. Appoint auditor for 2024-25
6. Election of Office Bearers and Board members for 2024-25: The Chamber welcomes nominations for the Board which must be received in writing 14-days prior to the AGM (on or by 31 October 2024). Consideration may be given to late nominations.
- Candidates will be listed in alphabetical order, with proposers and seconders named, when nominations are received.
