At our September Chamber on Tap event, we are delighted to showcase a number of free business support services offered to the region by the Queensland Government Department of Youth Justice, Employment, Small Business and Training.
Our guest speakers will be:
- Jo McKee, on the Mentoring for Growth program that connects you with experienced mentors to help you adapt to changing conditions, new opportunities, and overcoming challenges.
- Kristy Wilson, from Business Wellness Coaching North Queensland offering one-on-one, customised support to help address stress impacts.
- Adam Stephen, an Industry Workforce Advisor focused on providing solutions to your employment challenges, and connecting you with programs, incentives, and funding.
- Kim Carlyon, outlining Back to Work funding available for employers who hire eligible unemployed Queenslanders.
- Julia Wheway, on TAFE Queensland’s fee free courses and programs for business owners and managers.
This event is open to all Chamber members and their guests, and the broader Whitsundays business community.

- Refreshments: Canapes will be served, and attendees will receive two free drink vouchers. Cash bar will be available.

- Discounted tickets: $18.75 for Tourism Whitsundays or the Bowen Chamber of Commerce members.
