Thank you for expressing your interest in being involved in this year’s Whitsunday Business Conference. This event will bring together business owners and operators with representatives from government, agencies, and professional service providers for a day of sharing ideas, supporting each other, and building a thriving business community.
The Conference Committee is planning a lively program of keynotes, practical workshops, and knowledge exchange sessions and keen to hear from you!
We’re looking for speakers, panel guests, and businesses keen to share special offers or prizes with attendees. Whether you’ve made small changes or led major growth, we want to hear your business story.
Do you have a business story on one or more of the following themes?

Speaker Promotion
Conference speakers will receive promotion throughout the 3-month marketing campaign and two (2) free tickets to the event.
Guidelines & Consideration
The Conference Committee:
- Will review all submissions and prioritise speaker invitations based on alignment with event themes and educational impact, and
- May offer speaking opportunities at other Chamber events including our Bites & Insights webinar program.
You will be informed of the Committee’s decision on Monday 19 May.
The following guidelines and considerations apply to this EOI:
- The EOI is open to all, with current Chamber and Tourism Whitsundays members prioritised.
- Presentations must have a strong educational focus with an opportunity to share a special offer at the end of the session.
- All submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Committee.
- Each session will be moderated by a Chamber representative.
- Intellectual property rights remain with the presenter.
